This is a truly beautiful ‘silver’ cake; consisting of five tiers of delicious soft white and blue cheeses and includes the very special goat’s cheese, White Nancy.

This is a very stylish eight-tiered 60th birthday cake, which includes a delicious mixture of soft white cheeses, including a tasty blue, together with the
dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino. The goat’s cheeses, White Nancy and a baby Capricorn complete the top.

This five-tiered cake, topped a pretty hear-shaped red-wax cheddar cheese, gives a romantic touch to a special anniversary. The cake is a mixture of soft white cheeses, including a tasty blue, together with the dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino and our favourite goat’s cheese, White Nancy.

The red roses and gypsophillia enhance this ‘Ruby’ arrangement together with the pretty red and gold ribbons; the overall display is completed by the silver stand.

Orchid Surprise

A romantic party cheese cake, consisting of six-tiers; two soft white cheeses, the amazing nettle-wrapped Cornish Yarg and the deliciously attractive St Albray, so stylish and tasty. The cake is topped with a wonderful White Nancy goat’s cheese and another small goat’s cheese completes the crown.

The orchids, together with purple streamers and green gauzy ribbon and bow, give this arrangement a deliciously mouth-watering appeal. The beautiful white candle cake stand and the lilies complete the effect.

Heart Wired

A very romantic four-tiered cake topped with a wonderful red waxed cheddar heart and displayed with four small goat’s cheeses with ‘hearts’ too!
The tiers consist of two soft white cheeses and a soft blue, together with the wonderful nettle-wrapped Cornish Yarg.

The ribbons of hearts, and the profusion of ‘wired hearts’, give this cake party appeal – the two white doves complete the romance of the occasion.

Rich Red

This is a magnificent seven-tier cheese cake. The base has been divided into two, offering both Fowler’s Little Derby and Sparkenhoe’s Red Leicester. This is followed by a soft blue cheese surrounded by six individual small goat’s cheeses. Then the zesty Shropshire Blue, a Cornish Brie, followed by the dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino. The top is the very tasty White Nancy goat’s cheese together with another small ‘goat’.

The red roses together with the gauzy red ribbon and raffia wrapping give a wonderful richness to this arrangement, which is completed by the display of figs and kiwi fruit. The cake is displayed on a block of natural wood.

Gold Star – Happy Anniversary

Any anniversary is a good occasion for a party and this seven-tiered cake is great for a celebration; consisting of two soft white cheeses and two blue, together with the delicious mellow crumbly Caerphilly, its slight saltiness reflecting its origin as a cheese for Welsh miners. The cake is topped with a small oak-ash dusted
goat’s cheese together with a White Nancy.

The beautiful gold gauzy starred ribbon, together with the creamy feathers and golden stars help to create a slightly frivolous party mood. The white roses and rosemary (for remembrance) lending a touch of romance!

Party Hat

We are in the party mood with this eight tiered cake which is a mixture of creamy white cheeses including a soft blue and the delicious Vignotte with its slightly lemony and salty flavour. The dramatic effect is created by the addition of the dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino, sometimes known as ‘the drunken goat’. The top of the cake includes two more goat’s cheeses, our favourite White Nancy and four small delicious ash-coated mini ‘goats’.

The orchids set the party scene and are enhanced with a variety of black & white ribbons and a fun pink net bow. The whole cake is displayed on a black acrylic plate.
