Country Fayre

Country Fayre

This six tiered cake shows how the bottom tier can be divided. You can either select four different cheeses or just two as we have shown here - a Sparkenhoe Red Leicester and a Fowler’s Mature Little Derby. These are followed by a soft blue Cambozola with a stunning Shropshire Blue and the zingy Ale & Mustard. Then there is the ‘drunken goat’, a dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino, topped with the famous Stinking Bishop.

The cheeses are displayed on a block of natural wood with figs, grapes and kiwi fruit. The final touch is a beautiful red gauzy ribbon tied round with raffia.

This cake will serve 130 guests. Approx. weight 13 Kg

Dragon’s Den

Dragon’s Den

A nine-tiered cake with ‘attitude’. The base offers two cheeses – a Cheddar and Sparkenhoe’s Red Leicester, then the tasty colourful Shropshire Blue.
The next tier consists of a stylish Cornish Yarg, with six baby goat’s cheeses supporting the award winning Irish Ardrahan, a semi-soft cheese with a pungent aroma, produced on a family farm in Kanturk, Co. Cork.

The top tier is the dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino,
then the eccentric Stinking Bishop, followed by our favourite goat’s cheese,
White Nancy, topped with another baby ‘goat’.

The spectacular dragon fruits, which taste really good with cheese,
are complimented by gauzy ribbons and raffia wrappings.
The cake is displayed on a silver ‘S’ shaped stand.

Nature’s Harvest

Nature’s Harvest

The base of this seven-tier cake has been divided into two, offering both
Fowler’s Mature Little Derby and Sparkenhoe’s Red Leicester. Followed by the spectacular Cornish Yarg, zingy Warwickshire real Ale & Mustard – perfect for any corporate event.

Next is the Shropshire Blue which is fantastic in colour as well as taste and
sitting on top of this is the Stinking Bishop – like the Marmite motto – you either ‘love it or hate it’. The cake is then completed with a Camembert and small
goat’s cheese.

Displayed on a stylish black acrylic board and decorated with grapes, plum tomatoes, Cape gooseberries and a selection of crackers.

This cake will serve 120-125 guests. Approx. weight 12 -12.5kg

Tartan Party

This eight-tiered cake is a perfect choice for any corporate
occasion as it offers the complete ‘cheese board’.

The bottom tier is divided into four quarters. You can either select four different cheeses, or just two as we have shown here – a Red Leicester and a Cheddar. These two are followed by a soft white blue cheese, and that great favourite Shropshire Blue, with its rich buttery burnt caramel taste and stunning colour. The rest of cake consists of a Somerset Brie, the yummy St Albray and topped off with a selection of soft white goat’s cheeses. A popular choice to complete this cake could also be the black ‘ash-dusted’ pyramid Cerney goat’s cheese.

The traditional tartan ribbon together with the selection of fresh fruit completes this cake which is displayed on a natural wood base.

A six-tiered cake with a difference – the bottom tier can be divided into four quarters. You can either select four different cheeses or just two as we have shown here – a Sparkenhoe Red Leicester and a Fowler’s Mature Little Derby. There is then a Cornish Yarg, a soft blue Cambozola, the zingy Warwickshire Ale & Mustard followed by an Irish cheese, Ardrahan, which has been described as ‘fairy dust on grass’.

All topped off with the ‘Drunken Goat’, a dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino and a cascade of green and black grapes. A pretty green gauzy ribbon and a ring of figs completes this delicious ‘cheese board’.

Red Hot

Red Hot

This seven-tiered cake would be great for any corporate do! At the top we have a small goat’s cheese and a Camembert, followed by the famous Stinking Bishop – this cheese has become very popular after its 15 seconds of fame on
Wallace & Gromit. The smell is not one I care for, in fact if you smelt it you probably wouldn’t eat it, but it actually tastes great!

Next are the dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino, the zingy Ale & Mustard, wonderful Cornish Yarg
and finally a soft blue Cambozola.

Around the base are four little towers – consisting of a mixture
of goat’s cheeses, decorated with chilies.
Displayed on an acrylic black board with vine ripened baby tomatoes.

This cake will serve 100-105 guests. Approx. weight 10.5kg

This eight-tiered cake includes six small individual goat’s cheeses.
The base consists of two cheddars, then the amazing nettle-wrapped Cornish Yarg, with its lovely fresh taste, followed by the vibrant Shropshire Blue and then the Warwickshire Ale & Mustard  –  making the taste buds hum. The delicious soft St Albray is next, topped with the wonderful White Nancy goat’s cheese and finally the famous Stinking Bishop, which takes it name from the Perry pear in which it is washed.

The Cape gooseberries, figs and kiwi fruit complete this display, shown here on a natural wood base.

An eight tiered cake that is really in a stylish party mood! It consists of a mixture of creamy white cheeses, including a soft blue, and with the dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino, helps to create a dramatic effect. The top includes two more goat’s cheeses, our favourite White Nancy and four small delicious ash-coated mini ‘goats’.

This classically sophisticated cake is decorated in black and white ribbons and displayed on a black acrylic plate.
