I DoA five-tiered white wedding cheese cake consisting of soft creamy cheeses, including a tasty blue and a mild crumbly Caerphilly. This cake is decorated with roses, gypsophillia, a ‘Just Married’ ribbon and a wreath of rosemary for remembrance. Country WeddingThis six tiered cake shows how the bottom tier can be divided. You can either select four different cheeses or just two as we have shown here – a Sparkenhoe Red Leicester and a Fowler’s Mature Little Derby. These are followed by a soft blue Cambozola with a stunning Shropshire Blue and the zingy Ale & Mustard. Then there is the ‘drunken goat’, a dark wine-washed Spanish goat’s cheese Murcia al Vino, topped with the famous Stinking Bishop. The cheeses are displayed on a block of natural wood with figs, grapes and kiwi fruit. The final touch is a beautiful red gauzy ribbon tied round with raffia. This cake will serve 130 guests. VogueA very stylish four-tiered cake looking so pure and fresh it is perfect for a wedding. Consisting of four sweet cheeses; a Somerset brie, the creamy Vignotte in the middle is a French cheese which is slightly lemony in taste -with your eyes shut, you would find it hard to classify this as a cheese – it is divine!! A selection of soft and creamy cheeses with one tasty blue and a crumbly Caerphilly, which has a slight saltiness due to its development as a cheese for the miners of Wales. Decorated with pink and ruby roses; there are three different ribbons, a ruby sheer net at the top, a ruby satin in the middle layer with a glittery white net over the top, together with bunches of hand-made silk rosebuds, all displayed on a silver stand. Two goat’s cheeses are at the top – White Nancy, one of our favourites, is a sweet creamy cheese – anyone who loves ‘goat’s’ will love this. Then there is the golden St Albray, which is very recognisable from its flowery shape and is popular with the children as well as the adults. Love DoveThis elegant eight-tiered cake will offer your guests a first-rate cheese board. There are three different goat’s cheeses; the top is an ash-coated goat’s log, which can easily be replaced by a Cerney Pyramid top, if preferred. We have then added a Shropshire blue, which is one of the creamery blue cheeses and has a fantastic taste, followed by a Cornish Yarg known for its distinctive nettle leaf coating and finally a Brie de Meaux. The cake is decorated with two ‘Love Doves’, sitting on copper rings, which together pretty orange flowers, bay leaves and a raffia bow are all displayed on a square silver stand.
